Brief Description

The Women TechEU – 4th Open Call supports early-stage, women-led start-ups in deep tech across the EU and Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Each selected entrepreneur will receive a €75,000 grant along with access to a tailored business development program, mentorship, and visibility opportunities. The call aims to empower female innovators to lead Europe’s next wave of technological progress.

Target Audience

Women founders of early-stage deep tech start-ups, established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country. Eligible applicants must be autonomous enterprises or start-ups.

Objectives of the Call

• Empower women entrepreneurs in deep tech

• Bridge gender gaps in the European innovation ecosystem

• Provide financial support and structured business guidance

• Promote leadership and visibility for women in emerging technologies

Available Funds

• Total budget: €3,000,000

• Up to 160 selected beneficiaries

• €75,000 grant per project

• Additional non-financial support via mentoring and training

Deadlines and Procedures

Applications must be submitted by 4 August 2025 at 17:00 CET through the Cascade Funding portal. Proposals will be evaluated based on innovation potential, business model, scalability, and the leadership role of the applicant.
