Brief Description

The Amazon Sustainability Accelerator is an equity-free program supporting early-stage start-ups focused on sustainable innovation. Designed to help founders grow their skills, scale operations, and maximize environmental impact, the accelerator targets key verticals like circular economy, recycling technology, and sustainable consumer goods. Participants gain access to Amazon’s resources, mentorship, and piloting opportunities in the UK and Europe.

Target Audience

Start-ups developing solutions for sustainability challenges—particularly in climate tech, circular economy, or green product innovation.

Objectives of the Call

• Accelerate the growth of early-stage sustainable ventures

• Promote innovative technologies with real climate impact

• Facilitate collaboration between start-ups and Amazon to scale solutions across Europe

• Support circular economy and climate-conscious product development

Available Funds

Selected start-ups will receive:

• A 10-week accelerator program

• €12,000 cash grant

• $10,000 in AWS Activate Credits

• Access to expert mentoring and Amazon testing opportunities

Deadlines and Procedures

The deadline for Climate Tech applicants is 25 July 2025. Applications must be submitted through the official Amazon Sustainability Accelerator portal. Selection is based on the project’s innovation potential, environmental impact, and scalability.
